Is there a reason Tucker Toman isnt a Gamecock?

Just saw a thread on the main board about top baseball draft prospects. Toman came in at the late 20's, out of Hammond.
The kid grew up at Sarge, throwing the ball around and watching games. Did we anger the Toman family?

Hopefully thats all it is. I loved having Toman at 3rd base, and would hate to hear if there is bad blood
