"Halfback Option Pass" as defined on wikipedia.
Here's Kenny McIntosh (uga's 3rd string running back) throwing an 18 yd TD pass against Michigan in the Orange Bowl.
I don't have it in gif form yet, would be cool if any of you know how to make gifs could get this going.

That play was a thing of beauty. Harbaugh had to want to eat his hat when that TD went down the way it did, especially in light of that UM flea flicker that was such an abortion.

It’s even more awesome considering Kenny apparently couldn’t complete it in practice.
