Could he do a good, maybe even great, job at Florida? You would have to think so. Florida is like a less whiny version of Texas, the big thing wrong with the program is the team culture. Even with fairly bleh team buy in they still have the talent to compete for and win the East despite Georgia being there.

Would he take the job? Money doesn't seem to be a big factor for him. He loves the area he is in currently... NW Arkansas, SW Missouri, and NE Oklahoma are gorgeous places to live. The Pittboss is getting up there in years and he doesn't seem like the type to coach until he dies on the sidelines. Plus there would be another rebuild if he went to Florida... Arkansas wanted to buy in, do the players at Florida?

I'll worry about it when Florida makes an offer but until then I think he's pretty happy where he is.

If I was Florida I'd look for a younger coach like Drinky up at Missouri. Drinks is going to be around for a while and he's an excellent recruiter. Give him a few years at Florida and he will be rolling out Georgia level juggernauts.
