New Lead In Morgan Nick Case

Lincks died in prison in 2000, but agents are looking for anyone who knew him who could help in the investigation into Morgan's disappearance. Whether it was through school, work, church or any social activity, the FBI needs information about Lincks and details about his entire life.
He served with the U.S. Army during World War II and then worked at Braniff Airlines in Dallas, Texas from 1962-1974. He returned to Van Buren sometime in the late 1970s.
According to court documents, Lincks had a conviction for 1st-degree felony carnal abuse, pleaded guilty and got a 60 month suspended sentence. According to the Arkansas Legislature website, carnal abuse is when someone "engages in sexual intercourse or deviate sexual activity" with a minor under 14 years old.
The initial violation was on Dec. 11, 1992, and he pleaded guilty on Feb. 33 1993. That was revoked on the second case in 1995.
The second conviction was for felony sexual indecency with a child, a class D felony. He pleaded not guilty but was found guilty and was sentenced to 72 months in prison. Documents show that Lincks had two appeals prior to his death in 2000.
Agents say every piece of information about Lincks’ life is important and no detail is too small or insignificant.

I've spent countless hours at that ball field with my kids. I would've noticed this pedo easily.
"Alma Jack" was the only loner older male that frequented the park, RIP Jack. Most were just grand parents that came together.
The perp had to be someone younger maybe mid 40's.
The media has to regurgitate something about this abduction every 10 years or so because Crawford Co. cops are too busy chasing meth heads and issuing speeding tickets.

isn't Crawford County where the daughter in law of a State Senator embezzled $300K from the county, and her husband was a cop?
And then all the sudden "their house burned" and they got the insurance money to pay back the money?
I remember the badass husband/cop trying to throw the TV media out of the office because they were asking questions he didn't like about his thief wife

What doesn't make sense to me, is the fact that this guy apparently didn't immediately become the prime suspect in the Morgan Nick case, if he was caught trying to abduct a girl in close proximity the the Morgan Nick abduction, about two months after her disappearance. You want to look into his life some two decades after his death, when there is a snowballs chance in hell of finding anything helpful? The only possible way the case could be solved is with DNA if the suspect is dead. You would have to get that DNA from Morgan Nick's body, or some piece of evidence tied directly to the suspect, would you not? AFAIK, they don't have a crime scene, and most likely don't even have the last residence of this suspect.
I'd love to see it proven, just for the sake of this girl's family. But this just sounds like wishcasting, hoping that people believe this guy did the crime.

things like this do not happen, for so long, without some type of coverup imho. Human trafficking is unbelievably pervasive. Batesville AR is included as a Drug/Human Trafficking corridor in our nation.

Totally disagree. This would have been pretty easy to pull off single handedly in 1995 with the lack of cell phones, cameras, GPS trackers, etc that was not around back then like it was today. It wouldnt take much for one lone man to abduct a girl, kill her, and dispose of the body never to be seen again, especially in rural Arkansas. It would be a lot harder to pull off today.

I have no idea. But you have to wonder what the source of that DNA could possibly be. I don’t think they’ve ever found Morgan Nick’s body, and I can’t imagine them having a crime scene with her DNA without it going off like Hiroshima in Arkansas media. So whether it’s her DNA or his, if that’s the reason for all this, it begs the question of the source of that DNA, and where it was found.

Okay, so that would be the suspects DNA, or some family member of the suspect. Now you would need DNA of his that somehow links him to an abducted girl of which a single trace has never been found. So how can that make any sense?
