Hendon Hooker & Cade Mays Earn SEC Weekly Honors

Hooker was named SEC Offensive Player of the Week while Mays earned SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week honors following standout performances in the Vols' thrilling 45-42 win at No. 18 Kentucky on Saturday night.

Defensive
Will Anderson Jr., LB, Alabama
Anderson was all over the field in a 20-14 victory over LSU
He led the Crimson Tide in tackles with a career-best 12, including eight solo stops
Added four more tackles for loss (-13 yards) to his NCAA-best 21
Added 1.5 more sacks to his team leading total of 10.5, which leads the SEC and ranks 4th nationally
Batted down one pass and was credited with two more quarterback hurries
Helped the Crimson Tide limit LSU to just 295 total yards, including 109 rushing yards

Good for them. Heupel has really developed Hooker well. He's a good quarterback.

Cade Mayes did a really good job putting his hands on the back of UGA linemen last year when they ran past him.
