I really want to know as little as possible. None of my business (her side, his side, and the law).

But this is my huge question.
Did she drive?
Did she drive home?
If alcohol is her inhibiting factor, the operation of a vehicle is relevant.
And i am going on the presumption that she never said or communicated "no".
