While I see what you are getting at about being responsible. Even if she was drunk and if the allegation is true, NO MEANS NO.
Nobody disagrees with this.

The point being made was that if you’re drunk and you go to a guy’s apartment after midnight, make out with the dude, then climb into his bed, and never say “No”, but just claim rape the next morning because you regret it all once sober, and use the excuse that you never actually voiced consent/said “Yes” either, well that’s overwhelmingly unfair to the guy.

It’s bullshite. Like a girl wearing a dress with 50%+ of her breasts showing, but then getting pissed at guys who look at them.

We’re living in some seriously fricked up times right now where people are actually making an effort to create situations like this so they can be offended for the attention it brings. Certainly not all, but way more than in the past.

We as a people try but will never be able to escape the human condition. Its imperfect, relationships are complicated, throw sexuality into it and becomes more so...

Wish cases of sex related crimes were sealed until verdict and people at least let the investigation finish first.

Is that was she is alleging happened? Or is that you're guessing what happened?
