Did y'all watch the video? She was laughing the entire time.

All the video does is show that Ruggs had a history of driving like an arse. He wasn't holding anyone hostage and that girl was not terrified for her life.

He's getting what he deserves. People do that shite because they think they are special and the rules don't apply to them.

And I don't mean held hostage in terms of forcing someone into the car, I mean it in terms of putting someone's life in danger without their consent.

I haven't seen the video but regardless of whether or not she was laughing it is my understanding, the girl articulated for him to stop and let her out. Laughing doesn't imply she wanted him to drive intoxicated at 158 mph. It is just another way to blame a victim.
