Girl lost her entire life at 23 in the most tragic way. He gets out at 32.

Doesn’t seem fair. Don’t give a damn if he meant to. He is absolutely responsible for his negligence and recklessness. 156 mph with that BAC. Absolutely no excuse. I hope he gets the max. Maybe it will deter some people and create some very little good.

All professional athletes (who probably have a tendency to make more bad decisions than the general population) will be watching to see what happens to Ruggs. The legal system doesn’t need to cut him any slack. Maybe the next dumbass will think twice before drinking and driving recklessly.

That's the only positive thing to come out of this horrific incident. That the consequences of Ruggs actions will somehow make others in his position think twice before getting behind the wheel drunk.
