Mississippi State
Florida
LSU
Stanford
State - I think I got laid every time we went to Starkville when I was at Alabama late 60s-early 70s. Their teams were always blue collar as can be and would beat you up physically. Lots of friends that went to "staaaaay-eat"
Florida - I grew up in Gainesville, went to HS there. Several HS teammates played for Florida under Ray Graves. This was before Florida ever won anything.
LSU - Live here, follow team, very interested in LHSAA football and goodly percent of LSU team is from Louisiana. I most likely saw them in high school. I've enjoyed intensely disliking the last two coaches... but Cholly Mac and Arnspargar where outstanding men and coaches.
Stanford - Loved the band. And it was the first cfb game I ever attended as 4-year old in 1948. Step dad was in grad school there after WWII, took me and twin brother to see USC game.. Stanford students brought out the "axe cheer" which was usually reserved for Cal.
They don't use axe cheer anymore... woke nonsense. What is it? stadium chants "Giv'um the axe (...2.3,4) the axe (,,,2,3,4) the axe-the axe-the axe" plaYing off of the Stanford Indian nickname which is no longer used of course. It was eerie like the Fsu/braves chant.
