In general the Fire Mullen talk is premature. he does need to make some coaching staff changes, recruit better and decide what the Gator standard is and how to live up to it. But it's to early for a change right now.

Yeah, this year is already shot for recruiting but he can still save the 2023 class. And revamping the staff should take 2 years.
2022 - New assistants means new schemes.
2023 - Perfecting the schemes and evaluations at season’s end.
2024 - Dan saves his job or we have a new head coach.
