if FL wants to close the gap with UG, they will either need to turn UG in for purchasing players wholesale, or purchase players wholesale themselves. UG was UG for decades untl they got a coach willing to buy players with reckless abandon.

Your team was literally on probation for paying players when you won your first National Championship. When you won your second one? Your team was under investigation for paying players.
