Well…it was interesting for 28 minutes.
The talent gap is too wide, the awareness/football IQ is too low, and the decision making too bad.
It should be 3-0 at the half, but we’ve managed to give up 21 in under 2 minutes. 14 of which, aren’t even Grantham’s fault.

Hopefully this seals his fate. Time for a change.
We're regressing.

Who’s fate? One score came off one play after a turnover. None of this is Grantham fault.

Yep fell apart. Not the game to get AR his first start I guess.

I'm talking about Mullen.

I for one hope he keeps him in the game. Let this be a reminder that coaches should never listen to the fan base.

I’m ready to move on from Mullen.

I would throw it exclusively to Copeland in the second half. On. Every. Play.

Mullen is a good offensive coordinator at best. If you’re going to be successful in the SEC and actually compete for championships, you have to have a real decision maker at the helm who doesn’t cave to fans, media, or his own ego.
That goes for anything - coordinators, play calling, starting QB...close your eyes and point. You can’t convince me that Mullen doesn’t have one of those magic 8 balls he shakes and makes decisions off the answer it gives.

I’m certainly disappointed we don’t try more downfield passes. With us being behind and the pass rush I don’t think that’s an option. Maybe lots of mid range passes.

Agreed. Seems like we had several throws down the middle wide open earlier in the game.

Would a shutout get Mullens fired?
Posted on 10/30/21 at 5:15 pm to Gator5220
Mullen isn’t getting fired.
It takes a hurricane and a cancelled game for that to happen.

8-6 in our last 14 games.

The sad thing is this UGA offense is not good. We just needed to not turn the ball over and maybe we get lucky in the 2nd half on a UGA turnover.

My point still stands. 3 of those losses are this year under this team with new starters at key positions on offense

Maybe if we recruited better we'd have more depth.
Who's fault is that?
