I counted 10. (Counting LSU twice since they played them twice)
Both had great defenses and I am curious to see how we stack up against Bama and LSU's defenses, too.
I do tend to agree with another Alabama poster, though, when he said that today we are living in a more wide open offensive environment than we did then. That's what makes it hard to pick a "best" anything. (offense, defense, passing attack, running attack, etc.)
