Not sure why you think we’ve benefitted. We went undefeated and had a good run of teams pre-Saban and then have gone through three coaches since then.

You have 1 title and played for a second in the last 11 years. You had 1 in 65 years between WW2 and 2010.
Saban pushed the entire conference to strive for a higher standard. Auburn succeeded in doing so better than anyone outside of LSU.
It isn’t an insult. It is a great compliment.

I'm fairly certain that the OP falls into that category of people that thinks the SEC is overrated
