When are sports news writers going to start running stories about them for playing terrible? When are DJ U and Spencer Rattler going to be held accountable by the media for their horrible play? There are many others as well. Where's the story about why Bryce Young didn't get the job done against Texas A&M or why Bo Nix was yanked for playing like garbage? These guys are Pros now and it's time to treat them as such.

They are amateur athletes who can be paid for the Name, Image, and Likeness.

Nothing "technical" about it. These boys are getting paid.

This was my first thought as well, but technically they are not being paid to play a sport, they are just allowed to make side money off their notoriety. Yes, much of it is arranged by the program, but not paid directly for services rendered.

Idk about the media but OU fans booed Spencer Rattler into oblivion. Lol Cocky little shite fricked around and found out.
