I've heard there is some bad blood between AU and Frank Thomas. Butch has been actively trying to mend that fence but it seems to be pretty damaged fence. Even heard talks of a statue weren't even entertained
Whatever happened, hopefully it gets resolved. I loved Frank before I was an Auburn fan

Either Housel or Jacobs early on asked him for money and were called every name in the book in response. There is a fair amount of bad blood with the old guard.
