The front office should ban alcohol sale at Kneeland stadium for the rest of 2021 and all of 2022. It would serve two purposes. It would be a couple million dollar hit to the athletic department, and it would help keep the crowd from getting two rowdy.

Just my $0.02.

Should get the same punishment that Ole Miss got for throwing trash on the court at our basketball team in 2019.

Any Ole Miss fans care to chime in on what that punishment was?

They should lose a home game next season.
Make them go play at UAB or whatever OOC
team they're supposed to play in Knoxville.

Make them pay the visitor fee to that team too.

I think they need to move the student section to the end zone. Having them behind the visitor’s bench shows how classless they are. Putting them there only encourages heckling & throwing things at players & coaches. Their punishment should be a ban of all fans in that section of the stadium for the remainder of the season. Those students/fans don’t care if the school gets hit with a financial fine. That won’t deter this type of behavior. In addition, they should be banned from any post season play for at least 2 years. If Sankey lets them get by with this trashy behavior, it will only encourage other fans in other schools to do the same. The punishment needs to be swift & harsh. The band & cheerleaders had to leave for their own safety. Pathetic!

You think we didn’t drink in Neyland before beer sales?

Banning alcohol sales isn’t the answer. They’ll drink anyway. Students at every school sneak alcohol into games & have done so for years. That won’t stop. If you can get a big bottle of mustard into a game without question, how carefully do they check students anyway?

When every year they claim to “be back” and then just fall on their faces time and time again…I don’t think they can be punished any harder than they punish themselves.

I only saw water bottles, mustard bottles, and golf balls. Why go after alcohol? No one threw that.
