I doubt it. He does not strike me as self-aware.

Oh I think he is aware. He will try hard to battle back but he can't meat head his way out of the hole

Orgeron is plenty self-aware. That's how he positioned himself for the LSU job in the first place. He sounds like a caveman, but he definitely has street smarts and probably uses that caveman persona to his advantage TBH. Regardless, he'd have to be living under a rock to be oblivious to his seat being hot. It's all local media, national media, etc talks about right now.
