What are the per capita numbers? (Hint some SEC States almost triple Texas' ratio with less mouths to feed) how many FBS programs are in Texas? Do all Texas players stay in Texas?

It's because Texas has all those Mezcans.
If they let more Haitians in, well they'd probably still suck in football but at least they could use some of dat voodoo.
