Since we had to hire the receivers coach from Troy, I'm going with not many people out there want to bust there arse at Auburn.
It's called forsight, if your candidate pool for receiver coaches is from the Sunbelt then maybe you aren't all of what you promised. If you remember he said coaches from everywhere was blowing his phone up to come to Auburn. If that is true then why is he taking a chance on a Sunbelt guy?

He's a State of Alabama guy and we needed a young, black, guy from the state on the staff. There is a reason we gave him a two year contract when most position coaches are on 1 year deals.
