Dude…

That should be easier to believe than the idea that Ole Miss play calling was simply perfect - in every situation - against the best defense in the SEC, but was unable to be duplicated against teams like Arkansas, Auburn, Mississippi State, & Indiana.

Multiple former Bama staffers, game was played in Oxford, etc. It’s much more plausible than to think Ole Miss couldn’t muster up an offense against Indiana, but didn’t have a problem against a team with half of its starters on the All-SEC team, and who finished #1 in the league in defense despite the Ole Miss showing.

I know this theory helped you sleep at night for the last year. Facts are this, Ole Miss is snapping the ball 12 to 14 seconds after the ref spots the ball. Your teams defense doesn’t have time to catch a breath, much less send in signals for a particular defensive alignment to get in.

We led the nation in total offense. Who stopped us?

Your defense didnt even have time to get signals called in before the offense was already snapping the ball.

Now if we used every second of every play clock and audibled every single play that would make more sense.

What happened was Kiffin came out with a game plan. Made Saban stumble and Kiffin never let his foot off the gas. I do not expect Saban to be so blind sided this season by the speed.

But we moved TOO fast last year against yall steal your signals.

They had about 500 yards against Indiana. I'd say that's a lot of offense. Indiana slowed that game down and dominated the TOP to keep the score lower. Ole Miss also had two long drives end in FG attempts and didn't convert on 4th down in another long drive but they had no trouble moving the ball in that game

This is precisely why everyone fricking despises Alabama fans.
