Mullen is a damn good coach. He needs to get another DC though.

If Mullen wants to do things his way, he'll have to do it somewhere else. His way doesn't win. If he's going to win at UF, he's going to do it my way.

He's a good OC.
He's not a great HC.
His staff is Junior Varsity.
DC Grantham and his LB coach are jokes. 3rd and Grantham is well known around here.
Hevesy (OL) - Meyer fired him at UF but he's Mullen's best friend.
His RB coach is one of the worst recruiters in SEC.
All of the above and he won't make any changes because he's not built like that.
That's not a great HC or leader.
