As to the OP.. nope it wasn’t Pio, it was because Texas bought the Arkansas vote to join the SEC.. and this was part of our payment. This is why Card started the first two games.. now Casey has been named the real starter going forward.

I don't know man, you may be right but I still would not discount the power of that little oinker.

I'm excited to see what Casey can do. Arkansas may have done us a favor.

I'm sure that thought crossed a few minds but I am more excited than ever to join the SEC. You either get tough or die. My bet is Texas gets tough.

Pio. You suck.

I am not a believer in jinxes, but if there is one Pio is as close to one that has ever existed.

None of the videos I'm watching give me a good view. What has A&M said about it?

What's A&M going to do? Some are speculating they may move Stower back to QB.

I have to ask you, how was it playing Arkansas on a level playing field Saturday? Hope you enjoyed it, because there’s much more to come.

Texas has never been tough. It’s part of that terrible cesspool mentality people talk about. Good luck changing that with Mr Can’t Choose a Starter! He just plays who the boosters tell him.

The result sucked, but I loved playing that game. I hope it will be played each year soon.

Texas just needs to get better.. I love competition.. I would rather play that game and lose than to play Rice and win.

Sign me up for 12 P5 games each year. Sink or swim.

Hell, Pio would have probably had a rushing TD against that TU-a defense.

You just might lose that one too. Arkansas had trouble with them for the first three quarters

Respectfully, I pray you are joking. Texas is a lot of things, but tough isn’t something that comes to mind. Regardless, I would not bet the farm on Texas becoming suddenly “tough”.

Betting they would “find a way to win”, “or getting better”, “or being able to recruit” yes.

But developing “toughness” through their entire team?

Yeah, I’d pass on that bet.

No one is speculating Stowers back to QB. He is emergency only. Blake Bost then Zach Daniel are the backups.

Man, are you serious? I don't recall any bigger pussies on any field at any one time than I saw from y'all. And, in my 58 years I have never seen that out of TU.

I was in complete shock at what I witnessed. I knew we would win that game but was hoping for a bit more of a fight from your guys. Hell, that game did nothing to prepare us for the real games to come.

Your OL, your DL, your QB, your RBs, your defense, your special teams, your coaching

It would certainly take the shine off the beat down we just gave Texass, but I would still love to see Rice gut punch you Bevos. We are all Rice Owls this week.

Then explain Texas dominance of A&M throughout the years? If Texas was never tough, what does that make A&M? Charmin U?
