Blame whoever you want because that's the society we live in. They love the finger pointing.
There's reason why you see players like Montana, Jenna, Ship, Dowling, & Prange back Murphy though.
I think some girls get told that they are the best ever and they get to college and it's a little bit different than high school so now they rather transfer some place else than grow and get better.
Murphy has proven track record over decades. I don't think people realize how hard that is.
Does he need to make changes in certain areas? Yes, most definitely!

What players are growing and getting better under Murph? I'm done with this though. I'm tired of people getting so defensive when anyone offers any fair criticism of Murph. His philosophy is antiquated and his decision-making is questionable at the best of times.
