Yep. Hope unified cursing doesn't catch on, but absolutely in favor of dropping the hiss and booing. Some former players were talking about how lame the hissing is on twitter last night in response to the letter

Reality is the school is just different now. The Corps is just a small part of the University and less than 10%. The traditions will continue to evolve because of that and we will be more and more like other schools which has been happening for a long time and we are well past the threshold. We have a lot more in common with the sips than we do The Citadel now and that's fine and overall a big positive. That means we become a lot more individualistic and less disciplined.

FWIW it aggravates me that some of the things that they have held on to tradition wise are the goofy stuff and some of it has actually exaggerated. For instance the Yell Leaders acting more and more animated. My Dad was a Yell Leader in the '50s and they didn't do so much animation and showy crap that looks gay. Crap like the pseudo pushups and exaggerated movements on yells.

Old Army has been going to hell though since 1877.
