I think so. Oklahoma would roll everyone in the SEC. Maybe Georgia would have a chance but I'm not sure. I would have to see their QB first.

Sooners will win it all this year regardless of conference ....

In the SEC those OU QB's won't get 15 seconds to throw to a wide open WR. We have big mean and extremely physical lineman here and fast and aggressive DB's that make you throw into tight windows. Big 12 games look like 7 on 7, it is mind boggling to me how often you see guys running down the field with no one within 5 yards of them.
OU is a very good team but they lose at least 2 or 3 games in a regular SEC schedule. From a pure talent perspective they are behind Bama, UGA, LSU, and A&M and are about even with UF. Beating Leach at State or Kiffin at Ole Miss is no given either. They are well coached and have a lot of talent.
To give you an idea of the talent difference, the top SEC schools have about as many 3 Star players as the bottom 8 B12 schools have 4 Stars. The difference being the 3 Stars they take tend to be athletic freaks that have huge ceilings but have some concern and not undersized and slow.
Enjoy your last little bit of time in the B12, you will find out soon enough.
