This season reminds me of the other major rebuilds we’ve had in my lifetime, namely Dye in ‘81 and Tubs in ‘99 (although this team has far more physical talent than those two did). Like those two seasons, I have a feeling we will be a much better team by yearend, but won’t have the record to show for it.

I hope you are wrong because 6-6 would not generate any type of energy around the program.
I might would have picked a W on my picks against LSU if I knew how Harsin was going to handle special teams. Is he looking long term to build depth using special teams or is he sticking starters out there.

If you flip the PSU score with us winning 23-20, I could see that being how the season plays out. I think that game will be about like UF in 2019 but Bo won’t shite himself this go around and not cost us the game.

We will take our lumps but it’s the first season. There are a few things like team management or game management or hustle that can appease us for a year. Even Saban had a bad first year at Bama.
