I get that. But tell your buddies to stop coming in here trying to erase the true narrative. You guys fought this and fought it hard. Tried to bitch slap the sec. When that fight failed, you got in line and voted yes. That’s what happened. Business is ugly sometimes and it was not your best moment.


Not disagreeing and I am guilty as charged. I didn't want it to happen both for A&M or the SEC. That's over now though and we have moved on.

One side benefit from the A&M freak out though is now no one can accuse A&M of colluding to make this happen. That would actually be a real problem politically in Texas if we had not to mention would likely end up with lawsuits. As it stands we had a few days of bad press but now we are basically out of the process and Texas gets to deal with the political whirlwind on their own, along with the SEC office itself.
