I'm not in favor of shattering women's faces, but if I put my hands on Mixon like that he would have shattered my face too and no one would have cared because I don't have a vagina. Mixon used too much force when he retaliated, but I don't think he was wrong, in principle, for defending himself. If women want equality, getting your face shattered when you grab an elite athlete's neck comes with the territory.

While you used poor wording in your response, there is a legal term for what that video showed. It's called "mutual combatants". She struck him first, he responded. Both should have been either arrested or issued a summons. And I agree with the equal rights part. Having a vagina does not preclude you from legal ramifications, with respect to assault or battery.

I love the legal hair splitting. The fact the local media had to go to the State Supreme Court to get the video released and both Stoops and Boren were in the know and let Joe Money Mixon keep rolling is not more worthy of discussion?

If there was one plus, it ended Brent Musberger's career.

Barry Switzer - "Just Win Baby!"

Grapes of Wrath - "We hope to have a University our football team can be proud of."
