And if this bill miraculously passes.. Governor Abbott will get his veto stamp out and it will be squashed. He is a Texas alum and I’m sure this has already been discussed with him.

He wouldn’t and you know he wouldn’t. But if the bill passed I don’t think it would stop the move, just complicate things longer
