I provided a link to a study, why do you think it is error?
The study you mention is saying that the under reported cases would make the mortality rate LOWER than it actually is.
At no point does it EVER say the mortality rate might be higher, or anything else you claim.
That study was originally done in June of last year, when the media was trying to use cases to deaths and coming up with 5-7%. This study is confirming what many already said, that the number of cases that didn't get counted was grossly underestimated.
But it doesn't really matter. The real formula for these things take into account untested cases and base it off that, so this report likely does not affect the 0.2%. But again, if it did it means the number would be 0.1%, not 2% that you claim.
You should try reading the studies before linking them.

States are still finding unreported deaths and let's not pretend our leadership has been consistent about covid and our testing rates were always lagging behind our capability. How many people passed in 2020 that was never tested?
LINK
and an excerpt, A recent study from MIT has estimated t the actual number of COVID-19 infections is 12 times and deaths at 50 percent higher than reported.

One final thought, how many people died from the Spanish flu? We really do not know.
