Wow did that ball get dropped. Although, it almost makes you wonder if the reason the NE was built so crappy was to be temporary and allow an easier demo and rebuilt to eventually reach this look. But the fact they are concentrating on the west side now probably shows they are complacent with how it turned out and figure it's fine for now.

It would probably be done after the West side is done (whatever that entails). Bjork said the NEZ was expandable for a future renovation with the current layout. Doubt they tear into it for now though seeing as it was completed roughly 5 years ago.
