Wow did that ball get dropped. Although, it almost makes you wonder if the reason the NE was built so crappy was to be temporary and allow an easier demo and rebuilt to eventually reach this look. But the fact they are concentrating on the west side now probably shows they are complacent with how it turned out and figure it's fine for now.

The SEZ was the best addition to the VHS, so if it were up to me I would work to incorporate that design on the east and west sides of the stadium. Replace the west side press box with a structure that resembles the SEZ and include an overhang to match. The next step would be to do the same thing on the east side with the Rebel Club. Modify that structure and add suites to match the SEZ and west side of the stadium. This would give you symmetry and more premium seating. It also gives you the ability to add suites to the NEZ that would match the other three sides of the stadium. I would look for something creative to do with the student section since beer is now sold in the stadium. Try to identify the Swayze equivalent for VHS. Remove the weird metal structures that hold up speakers and add a new video board that is wider and occupies the width of the NEZ (think Auburn but smaller).

The west concourse needs to be updated and the entire outer facade could use some work to match the Pavilion. It sounds like it would be easier to start over, but I do think there are ways to drastically improve VHS.
