That pitcher was 100% part of the success. I mean Alonso was dialed in and absolutely smashing, but that pitcher only missed like one pitch a minute. Crazy consistency

That pitcher was Dave Jauss, Mets bench coach. Dude is a legend in the game and has pitched for HR derby winners before.
