Bo Jackson started in both The NFL's Pro Bowl and started the MLB's All Star Game and he lead off that game with a Homer. He's the only person to ever start both. His first at-bat after recovering from hip surgery he homered.
If that doesn't do it, just watch Bo Jackson vs Seattle in the King Dome. It's as good a performance that's ever been recorded as a RB in the NFL outside of Emmitt's 32 for 229 with a separated shoulder in the Meadowlands to win the Division.

Bo gained over 100 yards in only 1 of his 19 pro games.
