I would say LSU’s record vs the SEC East, using your 2012 season as a benchmark, is better than A&M. Same 16-4 record, but the “strength of schedule” for that record is far different.
Florida: 7-2
SC: 3-0
Georgia: 2-1
Kentucky: 1-0
Tennessee: 1-0
Vandy: 1-0
Missouri: 1-1
