I'm so glad Mississippi State fans don't have this mentality.

Fans need to show up first if you want to winner regularly.

MSU has a strong baseball tradition. We don’t.
The big three at UT for the longest time has been football, basketball, and women’s basketball. Baseball has been an afterthought.

Even when we’ve had success, the AD has shown no interest in investing into the program (hence the small stadium, etc). You cannot get large fan involvement with the baseball team unless there is a hope for the future. We’ve finally strung together a couple decent years and UT has publicly come out and said that they are willing to invest in the baseball. So hopefully we start seeing some more residual support and the building of something bigger. We’ve got to start somewhere
