Vitello has only been a head coach for three seasons, I can understand why an AD like Woodward would rather a proven championship coach and someone with more experience like O'Sullivan although I'd personally rather someone like Vitello or Godwin.
The truth remains, if Woodward decides he wants Vitello then he'll get him and Tennessee won't be able to do anything about it.
It is what it is.

You better to pray to God that happens. If he turns down your job and keeps whooping your arse you won't be living it down for many years
