If you hit 2019 LSU with that moniker, why not 2013 Florida State as well? Or 2005 Texas?
I guess the argument is that 2019 LSU won differently from other LSU squads and was also a cut above even the 2003, 2007, and 2011 teams.

Florida State won the ACC for three years in a row (2012-2014) and had a really good 5 year run.
Texas won 12 games in 2004, 11 in 2006, 12 in 2008, and 13 in 2009.

Yea I don’t really get it. 2016-18 was the groundwork for that title with Burrow transferring in as the ultimate difference maker. And they spell out everything from both coordinators leaving to draft entrants to covid yet still can’t put it together.
Slow offseason i guess.

Or 2005 Texas?
Texas won the Rose Bowl the previous year and finished 11-1. They followed ‘05 up with more 10-win seasons and were back in natty contention in a couple of years.
Weren’t they also the winningest power program of the decade?

I mean, it’s still retarded that they put that.
Hell, 2003 LSU would be a better example if they were hell bent on putting the Tigers in there.
