I know it's an over-used cliche, but these tournaments really are very small time in the grand scheme of things. Yes - it could knock Miss St. from top 8, but they'll for sure be top 16 no matter what, and when is the last time a team has come to Dudy Noble and eliminated the bulldogs? They're a veteran club with guys that have been there before. They'll reset.

Not making excuses. Texas looked like dogshit last night themselves. But we also went 0-2 in our conference tournament against the worst teams last time we made Omaha as well
