Now is 10-1, with a bullet.

Actually it's 9-1, they didn't play Ole Miss.

Using only his 2020 record as an argument makes you sound like an LSU fan who said Orgeron was a better coach than Saban because O went 15-0 and Saban went 11-2.

Arguments based on one season are pretty weak.

In eight years at Florida State, Fisher accumulated an 83–23 record, a 2013 BCS national championship, three ACC conference championships, four Atlantic Division titles (three outright, one shared), four AP Poll top 10 finishes, and four bowl game victories. His .783 winning percentage is the highest in FSU history.

And finished up by going 14-10 against a weak conference with the most talent in said conference. What a great coach.

You said you based your statement on "now," the vast majority of Jimbo's successes that folks like you point to came before the shortcomings started showing up.

Jimbo defenders can only point to 2020 then they have to skip all the way back to 7 and 8 years ago to pick the narrative back up.

I gave you the FSU stats. Hows your comprehension these days? And Orgeron's "now" record is 5-5. Speaking of trends that tell a story of future tidings.

It's not that tough. Coach Saban stands alone in the SEC. To suggest that Fisher is a much better coach than Orgeron is hardly wishful thinking. Kirby Smart has got that Mark Richt look written all over his program. It's just not that hard. Everyone else is either rebuilding and has little to show on the field or they simply remain perpetually stuck in the mud.

Do you want a sure thing in the west? Jimbo > Eddie O.
