I have come to the conclusion that Burden is probably silently committed to both programs

Honestly this would not surprise me. I just checked in with my source today and he said nothing changed on the Georgia visit and he will pick Mizzou tomorrow.
Georgia folks all seem pretty confident too

It's 1000% more likely one "source" or another is lying/guessing/misinformed.
