The article in the OP literally stated "Per Capita, LA is producing the Most NFL Skill/speed talent, by a large margin"

So my post actually supports the OP and is 100% consistent with the analysis in the article in the OP. Alabama has 350,000 more people than LA and only has 1 more NFL player from its HS ranks in the NFL. Per capita analysis is typically done per 100,000 population (e.g., number of Strokes, Heart attacks, Cancer rates, etc per some population, Crime stats are done the same way, Economic stats the same way).


So I think you need to get a better understanding of the concept of "per capita analysis".
