I don’t think it’s worthwhile to get bogged down in the competitor label that I introduced to the thread. It wasn’t really my point
I think the things you’ve identified are built into his draft grade being somewhere around the 3-4 round.

That's fair, I think he has a chance to be a decent pro, but the issues certainly leave open the possibility he is out of the league in 3 years.
