What narrative? Lol. I don't give a shite if you think Alabama wanted Spurrier or was turned down by Spurrier or whatever. That in no way hurts or has any effect on anything. That was 15 years ago and it worked out just fine. BAMA landed Nick Saban. Deal with it. That's what happened. End of story.
