Pretty sure they scored more runs in the 21 postseason than the 17 one. And 17 is when they had the juiced ball for the world series.
The bats got cold after being hot for 12ish games. It happens. Its baseball. Rarely does the best team in baseball win it all. That is why it's so important to build an organization that continues to make the postseason. Not a go all in and hope you win it then go into puritory for 10 years.

Yeah, pretty ridiculous to bitch about the organization and how it is run when they’ve been to three out of the last five World Series
