Look at our pitching expectations vs results. The infield is fairly inexperienced, but that’s not where the issues are. LSU, on paper, has the deepest and most experienced bull pen in college baseball, and they got shelled by a 2 win team.

outside one bad start on Friday, pitching has been fine all year

fairly? Everyone in the infield right now is a freshman except for Bianco who is a sophomore playing a position he 1) shouldn't be playing and only is due to injury; and 2) hasn't played at the college level before this season

You might want to look at who pitched out of the bullpen over this weekend. Of the 11 relief pitchers who pitched over the weekend, only two weren't freshmen

Look at the starting lineup bud. The only non-freshmen are Beloso at DH, Dugas in LF, and Bianco at SS. In our starting rotation, Marceaux and Labas are experienced. (Neither of the two gave up a run or walked anyone this weekend. Marceaux has a 0.00 ERA this year) Hill had 2 career starts entering the season, in an injury shortened freshman season before having his second year cut short to COVID. Our only relief pitcher with a ton of experience is Fontenot, and no he hasn't looked great this year. Hilliard is way down the list of guys we rely on at this point. The vast majority of the guys playing this year are young as shite. So when you say we are a "veteran laden team," sorry you're going to get called out for that. If you want to say we had no business losing 2/3 to Oral Roberts, yes I will agree with that

Care to share this paper? Every team you’re going to face this season has a deep bullpen. Arkansas returned its two weekend starters from last year and they’re in the pen this year. Arkansas has 30 pitchers on roster and all teams across the nation are deeper than ever before because of the extended roster.

That is true, but ORU spoke their wins this past weekend into existence. You dont have that.
