He had 5 years to do that and all he got us was Seth Adams.

The problem was he fell ill and wasn't able to go out and recruit. Administration told him he needed to change up his coaching staff and bring in some recruiters. He refused. So the admin fired him for a recruiter.

2005-06 Ole Miss was as void of talent as we've ever been. The writing was on the wall in 2004 that we weren't capitalizing on the publicity that Eli brought us and we had to stop the bleeding.


Whenever your boss gives you a choice of his way or the highway and you pick the highway.....prepare for your boss to react accordingly. That goes for literally any job out there.
