Before today, I would have said Rocker because I've seen him against premium competition, while Leiter hadn't had a chance yet.
Based on just 2 IP today, it's now more neck-and-neck. Need to see if Leiter can be as consistent as Rocker, but if forced to choose right now, I'd pick Leiter. The speed and control he's showing off today is unreal.

He has a way better fast ball that is for damn sure. Yikes.

That is crazy. I have seen Rocker he is crazy good.
